I coach from a place of personal experience having struggled with undiagnosed ADHD most of my life, particularly in the workplace and with compulsive behaviours, resulting in a late diagnosis at the age of 44.
This led me to train as a specialist ADHD Coach with the ADD Coach Academy (www.addca.com) based in the US – the world’s leading training body for ADHD Coaches.
I subsequently founded Recovery ADHD Coaching and have been coaching adult clients with ADHD for over two years, being driven by the transformational change I see in people who begin to understand, then embrace, their unique ADHD strengths, and helping them to thrive and be advocates for themselves in the world.
